WHAT CAN I DO WITH A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT?

With your customer account you only have to enter your details once and they will be filled in automatically with every subsequent order. When this data changes, you can easily adjust it again. With a short act you can choose to subscribe to our newsletter to always stay informed about the latest items, offers and early access. You are not committed to anything and you can unsubscribe at any time.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

When you are logged in to your customer account, you can change your details and your password under 'Change profile'. If you have forgotten your password and therefore can no longer access your account, you can change this via 'forgotten password'. If you enter the email address to which your account is linked, you will receive an email with further instructions to change your password.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If you order your order on workdays before 12:00, it will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Friday afternoon after 12:00 and on the weekend will be processed on Monday. *Note: during busy times at PostNL, your order may be delayed from the moment we have registered the order with PostNL. Unfortunately, we no longer have any influence on the shipping process. If it takes a long time, you can always email to: hello@thelolaclub.com

WITHIN WHAT PERIOD DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ORDER?

The return period that we persist is 14 days after receiving your order.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING AN ITEM?

We offer 14-days hassle-free return for your bikini. The item's must be in original condition with returns tag and hygiene seal remaining in place. Item's must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements. The Lola Club offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost). All returns are checked at the warehouse upon receipt. Returns that do not meet the conditions will be refused and returned to the sender.

WHAT ARE THE COSTS FOR RETURNING AN ITEM?

 We want to offer our customers the best possible service, but because we also want to make our customers as aware as possible of the impact of a return shipment, the shipping fee to return in NL is €6,70.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BEFORE I HAVE MY REFUND ON MY BANK ACCOUNT?

Once we have received your return at our head office, we have 14 days to process it. Once we have made the refund, it can take another 2 to 3 working days before this is reflected on the account number with which the order was placed.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Fill in the return form which you can find here. All returns need to be registered in our return portal, self-send returns will not be accepted. 

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY SWIMWEAR?

 Do not fold or iron. Rinse after contact with salt water or chlorine. Hand wash with cold water, using mild, gentle soap. Lay flat to dry.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number. If you did not receive this email, please email hello@thelolaclub.com.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE A RETURN LABEL IN MY MAIL, WHAT NOW?

The return label or barcode for a return are visible in the return portal. So if you didn't receive an email, please have a look on there.  

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We don’t exchange products due to limited stock. If you want to exchange an item due to size or colour please return the items you don’t want and order the right desired items.

 

CAN I RETURN MULTIPLE ORDERS IN ONE PACKAGE?

Yes this is possible! But please make sure to add both packing slibs and leave a note when filling in the return form that you added multiple orders.
