Refund Policy

How do I return?

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If not, you can easily return your order.

You have 14 days after delivery to send back your return. Please ensure your return is shipped within this period.

Returns can be quickly and easily registered by clicking here. 


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags must still be attached
  • Items must show no signs of wear
  • All returns must be registered through our return portal. Self-sent returns will not be accepted
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your order and place a new one.


Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Sample Sale
  • Items returned outside the 14-day return period
  • Returns that are worn, damaged, or not registered in advance may be refused

 

Return Costs 

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Any customs duties or import taxes for return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Please always keep your proof of shipment. Without track & trace or proof of shipment, we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.


Processing & Refunds

Once your return has been received at our warehouse, it will be processed within 14 business days. You can track when your return arrives at our warehouse using the track & trace provided with your return shipment.

After processing, the purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation by email. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


Damaged or Defective Items

Did your package arrive damaged? Please contact us within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
