Shipping
At The Lola Club, we process and ship your order with care and attention.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM are shipped the same business day, whenever possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Orders placed during weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Please note: during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, shipping may take slightly longer.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on your location:
- Netherlands, Belgium & Germany: 1–2 business days
- EU: 3–7 business days
- Outside EU: 5–10 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping applies to orders over €150 within the Netherlands and Belgium.

- EU: from €8.95
- Outside EU: from €19.95
International Orders
For orders outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply. Duties and taxes are not included and must be paid upon delivery.
Damaged Items
Did your package arrive damaged? Please contact us within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
